We strongly recommend all deliveries are covered by insurance as we cannot accept liability if your order arrives damaged or not at all
These prices do not include import duties and taxes or custom clearance outside the UK which is the responsibility of the purchaser.
Returns Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the artwork or its condition upon delivery:
Unsatisfactory condition
Please email on info@shopartisticimagesjohnpak.com explain the problem, and we will advise you about what action to take.
You have 7 working days from delivery (does not include weekends and public holidays) with which to return an artwork if dissatisfied. If you are not satisfied and want to return your order you must let us know by email within this period.
Unless artworks are damaged in transit, you are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted items.
You are responsible for the condition of the artwork so that when they are returned to us they are in the original condition they arrived in and are in a re-saleable condition unless the artwork was damaged in transit.
You will receive a full refund, less any collection costs and any credit/debit card and/or PayPal transactions incurred by us provided items are returned in good condition.
When sending goods back to us please re-use the original packaging and enclose your invoice.
Damaged package upon delivery
Please check your delivery carefully when it arrives. If the packaging appears damaged and its obvious that the contents have also been damaged please refuse to accept delivery and do not sign for it.Please email us on info@shopartisticimagesjohnpak.com at your earliest convenience and inform us as such and we will do our uttermost to resolve the situation promptly and efficiently.
If the packaging appears undamaged, please examine the contents and if you find an item has been damaged in transit please let us know immediately or within 2 to 3 working days of delivery by emailing us on info@shopartisticimagesjohnpak.com and we will do everything humanly possible to resolve the situation promptly and efficiently.
We regret that it will not be possible to give you a refund or replacement if damage is reported after 3 working days of the delivery.
If you are concerned or unhappy about anything else we welcome any feedback that might improve our service. If there is anything you are concerned or unsure about, please tell us by email on info@shopartisticimagesjohnpak.com. We promise to listen and take onboard all feedback, both positive and negative and where at all possible, deal with fairly.
